I’ve recently had the pleasure of interviewing for a number of security leadership roles, and it’s an odd way to collect data and experiences, but if you’re consistent in your message, it provides an interesting stimulus/response from organizations and staff as to how you propose addressing some common security challenges and issues as well as unique ones for certain markets and instances. This will be part overview and experience sharing from 20 years in these roles, but also an open discussion to address knowledge sharing for those delving up their career form IC to manager or executive.
